ANC backs Zulu on Zimbabwe

The ANC on Monday threw its weight behind President Jacob Zuma’s international relations special advisor, Lindiwe Zulu, after she came under fire for making premature statements about the Zimbabwean elections. ANC secretary-general Gwede Mantashe said Zulu had simply fulfilled her mandate of dealing with communication matters in the Zimbabwe task team set up by Zuma.
